Legal Advocacy Organizations
In Delaware there are several agencies that advocate for the rights of children with special healthcare needs to ensure they have an equal opportunity to be productive and respected members of our society.
The agencies and organizations listed in this section can assist you with the information and resources that help you educate yourself about services for people with disabilities in Delaware and advocate for yourself and your family members. They can help you connect with family members of other people with disabilities, find out about workshops and conferences, and get to know the services within the community. You can also get involved to advocate for changes you feel are needed in the services provided to people with disabilities.
