The Interagency Coordinating Council advises and assists the Department of Health and Social Services with implementation of the Birth to Three Early Intervention system and other federal infants and toddlers programs.  Council members include parents, state agency personnel, private providers, insurance providers, legislators and professionals involved in personnel preparation.

ICC welcomes parents of children birth to three to share their story with the council. You may contact ICC members to share concerns or ideas about the early intervention system.
