DelAWARE DisABILITY HUB, provides resources for youth and young adults with special needs and disabilities during the transition years.  It provides resources and links to information in Education, Employment, Health, Housing, Legal and Transportation.  In addition, the DelAWARE DisABILITY HUB provides information for educators and professionals who serve young adults with disabilities.
