Long Term Care Ombudsman Program
People with disabilities have a right to be treated fairly and respectfully and to participate in the planning of their care. A Long Term Care Ombudsman serves as an information specialistĀ and can help to investigate and resolve complaints in a variety of areas (e.g., guardianship, home health care, durable medical equipment).
Residents of licensed long-termĀ care facilities in Delaware and individuals who receive home and community-based long-term care services are eligible for this program.
