Jewish Family Services of Delaware (JFS) – FutureLink Online Summer Camp – June 8 to 25
JFS is currently recruiting for their summer programs.
Free to eligible students, ages 14-21 with a documented disability (IEP/504, DSM-V diagnosis)
All sessions offered STATEWIDE through an ONLINE platform.
Workforce Development Topics & Activities:
(Include but are not limited to)
- Resume & Interview Prep
- Personal Goal-Setting
- Career Exploration
- Financial Literacy
- Professional Guest Speakers
- Connections to Community Resources
- Career Counseling & Advocacy
Students will also have one-on-one case management sessions with a Career Instructor. Incentives and stipends will be offered for successful completion of the program!
Each camp session will be a total of 3 weeks including:
- 6 online group meetings
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday of weeks 1 & 2
Choice of Meeting Times: 10-11AM, 12:30-1:30PM, 2:30-3:30PM, 4:30-5:30PM - 1 hour per week of one-on-one case management sessions with a Career Instructor
- 1 final meeting in week 3
(including make-up hours)
When: Session 1 – Monday, June 8th to Thursday, June 25th, 2020
